Perodua Tweckbot back in action with new SOPs for staff and customers

Following months of inactivity due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), Perodua Tweckbot is resuming operations with health and safety measures now in place to protect the company’s staff and customers.

The complimentary vehicle inspection service will be stationed at Tesco Extra Bukit Tinggi Klang this Saturday and Sunday (12th and 13th of September), from 9 am to 5 pm on both days.

Tweckbot offers 50 point inspections on Perodua vehicles and these include the engine, transmission, cooling system, brakes, power steering, clutch, tyres, suspension and the vehicles’ electronics.

All Tweckbot customers will be required to undergo temperature checks and will need to comply with contact tracing protocols as mandated by the government. Due to social distancing SOPs, Tweckbot stations will now feature a more spaced-out layout with marked areas for waiting, consultation, and vehicle inspection to minimise movement and contact. The entire station in itself will be evacuated and sanitised twice a day.
